Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Infinite Global Career (a sister company of Akshar Science Academy), we value your trust and satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our educational and digital services, the following policies apply:

1. Membership Cancellation

  • Once a membership or course registration is activated, it cannot be canceled or transferred.
  • If a cancellation request is made before activation, refunds may be considered at management’s discretion.

2. Refund Policy

  • Fees for online memberships, digital content, or counseling sessions are non-refundable.
  • In case of a double payment or technical error, refunds will be processed after proper verification.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

3. Service / Sessions / Events Changes or Cancellations by IG Career

  • Infinite Global Career reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel sessions/events due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Members will be offered an alternative schedule or credit toward another service.
